Clinton O’Keefe brings more than 15 years of property sector experience to the Elders Commercial team in North-West Tasmania, specialising in commercial sales, leasing, asset and property management, acquisitions, divestments and valuation.
Before joining Elders in 2021, Clinton spent several years with Opteon Property Group in Devonport, undertaking commercial valuations across the North-West Coast. He has also managed the property assets of three separate northern Tasmanian Councils and Defence Department properties throughout Australia, working across a broad range of asset classes including caravan parks, residential accommodation, childcare facilities, commercial office space and function centres.
Clinton is a Licensed Property Representative, a Certified Commercial Property Manager and Residential Property Valuer (API), an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), and holds a Bachelor of Property from CQU.
