Nicholas Bond is a Commercial Sales Consultant within the Northern Tasmanian Commercial team. Nick is also the Head of Commercial Sales in Northern Tasmania, comprising the Launceston and Devonport teams. He is active as a commercial agent in North West Tasmania which includes a number of distinct sub markets such as Shearwater, Latrobe, Devonport, Ulverstone, Burnie, Wynyard, Smithton and the West Coast. Nick has over 22 years’ experience within the property sector in the areas of sales, valuations, investment analysis, capital transactions and has significant experience negotiating complex matters both in Tasmania and interstate.
